This article will guide you, as an admin, through our feature “Ticket Check-In” for shows sold through the TMS.
You can access Ticket Check-In from several pages in the TMS.
If you want to check-in tickets for a show that is coming up within the next 24 hours, it will figure on the Dashboard, under "Your Actions". Simply click the name of the product and you will be redirected to the event page, wherein the Ticket Check-in lives.
If you want to go to the check-in page of past shows or upcoming shows in the future, you can access by going to the Product List > Product Page > Ticket Check-In.
When you get to the Ticket Check-In page you will find information about the product (title, start date & time, and venue).
Underneath the product information, you will find a list of ticketholders for the given product. Beside the ticketholder name, you will see “Show Tickets” and "Check All In" buttons and a status of how many of the bought tickets that have been checked in.
The colored bar to the left of the ticketholder information reflects the status of check-in, in order to give a quick overview of the current status of capacity.
If green, all tickets under the purchase have been checked in.
If yellow, some of the tickets have been checked in.
If red, none of the tickets have been checked in.
When clicking the “Show Tickets” button, the full list of tickets pertaining to the purchase is shown and you can check in the individual tickets. If the entire party arrives at the same time, you can simply click "Check All In".
You can always revisit the ticket check-in page to get a retrospective overview of capacity and turnout for the theatre’s shows.
