Hi Admins, to reduce your administration, Culmas enables your organisation to create automated email journeys, attached to specific services, and with the help of our database elements.
To create these journeys you would need to connect your domain to Culmas using the CNAME records provided under Organisation settings. (Follow Step 3 in this guide)
When connected to your domain, you will gain access to the Emailing feature.
From here click create new template, and name it to suit it's purpose.
Next fill in the template information. REMEMBER to toggle transactional email ON, if the email you are composing is related to the service you are providing. If you are creating an automated marketing email, you should not toggle transactional email on.
Marketing emails will only be delivered to customers and student who opted in to receive marketing emails, when purchasing a service from your theatre.
PLEASE NOTE you can only choose a sender address that matches the domain address you connected with the CNAME. If you try a different one, you will receive an error like in the image shown.
Lastly feel free to go nuts and get creative while composing your email journeys.
Make sure to make use of all the database elements that ensures your communication is timely and personal.
When your emails are composed you can create the communication flow you desire by attaching the emails to your templates email campaign.
