TEACHERS: Taking attendance and notes – Culmas

Hi Teachers and Educational Directors.

It’s never been easier to keep a clear overview of who will be in your classes, and what important information needs to be passed on from administration through teachers to your students!

With Culmas any teacher can access the classes they are scheduled to through their smartphone, iPad/tablet or laptop (You are welcome to bring a desktop PC too, we just think that’ll be a bit overkill).

Culmas makes sure the classes that you are teaching will appear in front of you, whenever it’s needed!

All you have to do is look at “YOUR ACTIONS” or locate the class under All events - Click the class, and it will take you to the attendance list. Toggle the students who are there, and check if there are any notes from your team that need to be passed on.

Simple as that! Next morning, every admin in the organisation will be able to see this information from the calendar view!
