Why do some purchases say "TIME_OUT" or "DRAFT"?

When you purchase something through any online store, plenty of things can go wrong. Maybe you lost your internet connection, or exited the window you were doing the purchase in, before the site had a chance to finish your transaction. Timeouts and Drafts are our way of handling that. You shouldn't be seeing Draft tickets any more, but be sure to let us know if you do. The reason for this is, that if a transaction hasn't gone through, it should gain the status of "Timeout" instead. What this means, is that there has passed more than 30 minutes between initializing the purchase by clicking the "Pay now" button on the checkout, and us receiving confirmation that the payment has gone through.
