There can be a couple of reasons for this.
First, go to the product page of the product you just created. Make sure that the product is Published, and not in Draft, Ongoing, Done, Canelled or Archived.
As only Published products can be seen on the Storefront.
Secondly, go into the product edit, and make sure everything is in order and filled out. Did you schedule the product for the correct date? A common issue is when someone accidentally schedules a product in the past.
If it still does not show, please share with us the link for the productID, and we will check if something else it not working as intended.
The productID follows the Theatre%name/products/view/ as shown below.

Thirdly, check if the product is showing up on someone else's computer. If it is, you might have to clear the local storage in your browser. Assuming you're using chrome, go to the TMS, and hit F12 to get into the Chrome console. From here, find the tab called application. Now, look for Local Storage and Session Storage in the menu on the right, unfold them, right click tms.culmas.io and hit clear.
